Who we are

QREW bkk is operated by White Glove Company Limited (บริษัท ไวท์ กลอฟ จำกัด), 27 Ramkhamhaeng 60 Yaek 9, Huamak, Bangkapi, Bangkok 10240, Thailand. For anything in this policy, write to hello@qrewbkk.com.

What we collect

• Account data — name, email, phone, and a display name, used to operate your account and communicate about bookings.
• Professional data (crew members) — portfolio, rates, roles, service area, and the identity, tax and bank details required to verify you and pay you under Thai law (including the information needed to issue withholding-tax certificates, ทวิ 50).
• Billing data (clients) — the legal name, address and tax ID needed to issue quotations and tax invoices.
• Booking data — briefs, dates, locations, agreed prices, messages, and documents generated for each job.

How we use it

To run the platform: matching bookings, issuing legally required documents, processing payments through licensed payment providers, and meeting Thai tax and accounting obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share one user's private details with another beyond what a confirmed booking requires (for example, a delivery address you provide for a confirmed rental).

Payments

Card and PromptPay payments are processed by licensed payment gateways. QREW does not store card numbers.

Retention and your rights

Booking and tax documents are retained as required by Thai revenue law. For everything else, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) by writing to hello@qrewbkk.com. We answer within 30 days.
