These are the operating terms of the QREW bkk platform — the same terms shown and accepted inside the app. Questions to hello@qrewbkk.com.

BOOKING PEOPLE

Who you are contracting with

QREW is operated by White Glove Co., Ltd. When you book, you are contracting with White Glove, and White Glove contracts separately with the talent. That is why you receive one document for the whole job and the talent receives their own.

The price

Talent set their own rate. QREW adds a service fee of 20% of that rate on top, and the total you see before you send a request is the whole amount — there is nothing added afterwards.

The talent is paid their rate in full. The service fee is never taken out of it.

Prices shown to clients include VAT. If you are a company, 3% withholding tax is deducted against White Glove Co., Ltd. and we issue you the certificate. If you are an individual, there is no withholding: you pay the total as shown.

Confirming and cancelling

A request is an offer. Nothing is committed until the talent accepts and you approve the price on the document.

Less than 24 hours before the start: no refund.

24–72 hours before the start: 50% refunded.

More than 72 hours before the start: 100% refunded.

A cancellation by the talent after accepting is refunded in full and counts against them.

Turning up

Both sides are expected on time at the address on the booking. If someone is more than 2 hours late without word, the other side can report a no-show.

A reported no-show gets a chance to respond before anything is decided. Repeat no-shows lose access to QREW: the second is a three-week suspension, the third is permanent.

Keeping work on QREW

Work that starts on QREW stays on QREW. Taking a booking off the platform to avoid the service fee — for the same job, or a repeat of it within six months — is grounds for removal for both sides.

Nothing stops you working together outside QREW on work that did not come from here.

Usage and the work itself

The usage you agree on the booking is the usage you get. Wider use — a different market, a longer term, a different medium — is a new agreement with the talent.

The talent keeps copyright in their work unless you have agreed otherwise in writing.

HIRING GEAR

What a day means

A rental day is 24 hours from the moment you take the gear, not a calendar date.

Coming back late is charged by how late: up to 3 hours over is free, 3–6 hours is charged by the hour, 6–7 hours is half a day, and beyond that is another full day.

The deposit

A deposit is held for the hire and returned once the gear is back and checked. Damage, loss, or missing parts come out of it, and anything beyond it is owed to the owner.

Check the gear when it arrives. Raise anything wrong with it before you shoot — once you have used it, damage is assumed to be yours.

Getting it there and back

Whoever is receiving gives the address; whoever is sending books the courier and adds the tracking; whoever is receiving confirms it arrived. Both directions work the same way.

The gear is the hirer’s responsibility from the moment it is received until the owner confirms it is back. Insure it if it matters to you.
